
James B. Dritsas attended the University of Detroit where he received a Bachelor of Philosophy (PhB)in 1953, and the University of Detroit School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate (JD) degree in 1956.
From 1957 through 1971 Mr. Dritsas was in practice with his father Basil B. Dritsas in the firm of Dritsas & Dritsas, with offices in Detroit, Michigan, where he practiced in all courts. In Februaury, 1972 he was a founding member of the firm of Vestevich, Dritsas, Evans & Vestevich, P.C. with offices in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, which firm transisioned to Vestevich, Mallender, DuBois & Dritsas, P.C. with continuing offices in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
In his career, Mr. Dritsas has been active in representing clients in various disparate areas of the law, including wills, trusts, estates and trust administration, real estate, immigration, business transactions, and franchising. He serves as an officer and director of several corporations.
