Philip Vestevich

Philip Vestevich has an extremely wide ranging scope of experience, covering forty years of practice, in high-profile and high stakes litigation.

Mr. Vestevich attended the University of Michigan, graduating in 1968 with a degree in economics, followed by attendance at Michigan State University, where Mr. Vestevich received a Master’s in Business Administration degree, in Finance. Law school followed at Wayne State University, where he received a juris doctorate degree in 1968.

Mr. Vestevich was a co-founder of the Birmingham Bloomfield Bar Association, serving as President in 1971-72, and has been a member of the State Bar of Michigan sections on negligence law and divorce and has also been a long-standing member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association (now known as the Michigan Association For Justice) and the Association Of Trial Lawyers of America.

Mr. Vestevich has had long experience in a wide variety of litigation, including aircraft accidents, product liability cases, professional malpractice, divorce, commercial litigation, zoning and real estate litigation, in both the trial court and appellate court levels. Mr. Vestevich brings an exceptional degree of study to all of his cases, with comprehensive and expert preparation of the details that matter most in every case. He has achieved exceptional results in his service to his clients.
